The primary active ingredient in this treatment is the common asthma treatment Aminophylline. Nine clinical trials at UCLA, LSU and the Pennington Biomedical Research Center have shown significant reductions in fat and cellulite for most female users, compared to a placebo group who were not taking the treatment.
The first products are now coming out of this research. Aminophylline is considered safe and effective for topical fat reduction. Subjects were also encouraged to participate in moderate exercise and eat a healthy diet – which makes sense no matter what your health goal.
